The download available on this page updates an existing installation of the Diacom Marine program. This download is not intended as a first-time installation and does not contain all of the resources available on a Diacom Marine program CD.

Important OS Requirements
This update supports 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows 10, 8, 7 and Vista. 64 bit Windows versions require the use of Diacom USB cable #94073. If you have an older USB cable please contact us for details at (773) 736-6633.

What's New in Version 3.16

▪ MerCruiser / Mercury Outboard / Mercury Racing G3 engine diagnostics:Version 3.16 supports G3 CAN based engine diagnostics through 2019 model year. Support added for new V6 and V8 outboards as well as other Mercury, MerCruiser
and Mercury Racing engines. This support requires Diacom USB cable #94073 with a minimum cable software revision of 33.
Note: G3 CAN based engine diagnostics require both adapters 94029 and 94032.

▪ Ilmor PDM Modules:Version 3.16 provides support for Ilmor Power Distribution Modules. This support requires Diacom USB
cable #94073 with a minimum cable software revision of 32.

▪ Update For Indmar Engines:Version 3.16 provides support for Indmar's new 2.3L direct injected EcoBoost engine and contains updated fuel pressure scaling and data additons.

▪ Update For Malibu Engines:Version 3.16 provides updated support for Malibu 2020 model year direct injected engines and includes calibration downloading updates as well as updated fuel pressure scaling.
